We provide group and private Pilates workouts at our studio in Redondo Beach, serving areas in the South Bay such as Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach.
We use the latest Pilates Reformers to give you a highly effective workout using The Pilates Method, designed to put your strength and endurance to the test.
Our Pilates classes are either focussed on a total body workout or on specific areas. At our studio in Redondo Beach, we have a dedicated Pilates Room, designed to stretch, strengthen, shape and reform your body.

We use the TRX Suspension Training System and High Intensity Interval training to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Our TRX equipment can be tailored to different levels, meaning we can offer beginner and advanced TRX classes from our studio.
Private sessions are especially beneficial if you are new to Pilates, or want 100% of the instructor’s attention. Your instructor will tailor your workout to your needs and goals, using a variety of Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Electric Chair) as well as Pilates mat exercises and use of other equipment at HALE, including TRX.
