Private Sessions

Focus Private (30 Min)

Book a Focus Private to work on a specific issue, such as technique or flexibility. These sessions are not designed to be a full-body workout. These shorter sessions are also great for post-surgery, pre/post natal. Can be booked as a stand-alone appointment, or as an add-on to a private session. This is a great addition to anyone who regularly takes group classes.

Private(50 Min)

Private sessions are especially beneficial if you are new to Pilates, or want 100% of the instructor’s attention. Your instructor will tailor your workout to your needs and goals, using a variety of Pilates apparatus. You will see results faster with private sessions.
