At HALE, your safety is important to us. Our goal is to set you up for success! We keep classes small to focus on safety and form. We are about mindful, functional movement. We believe in transforming our bodies from the inside out, by working our deepest back and core muscles, and nourishing our bodies with whole foods. We teach for transfer outside of the studio. It is our goal to teach our clients how to organize and use their bodies in everything they do, every day. We believe in dedication and hard work. There are no gimmicks. You have to do the work to get results.
Our Semi Private training classes are like nothing you have ever experienced in a group setting and offer the best of both worlds. You will experience the energy, support, and guidance that you get from group training while receiving the attention you need to achieve results, all at an affordable rate.
Don’t get lost in a 15-person class where your instructor can’t watch you. Small group classes (6 people maximum) are an incredibly effective way to get a very high level of training. Technique and form are essential to getting the results you want. Our classes allow you the flexibility to work with a fitness professional at an affordable rate without sacrificing form and results.
